It is an integrated set of web course tools that can be used in enhanced instruction as an interface in which faculty creates and presents courses or components of courses to students online. The elements of the learning environment include educational tools to assist students in communicating and collaborating with fellow students and faculty,and continuity and uniformity in the look and feel of online courses, which provides students with the ease in navigating through courses.
